Your NLP Practitioner pathway is designed to help you develop clarity, influence, resilience and long-term capability through a structured, personalised 1:1 process. It ensures that every step is meaningful, strategic and connected to your real-world goals.
This page outlines the journey, from the initial discovery phase through to certification.

The Purpose of the NLP Practitioner Pathway
The NLP Practitioner pathway is designed for senior executives, founders and ambitious professionals who want to develop the clarity, communication and behavioural intelligence needed for long-term success.
It helps you answer three essential questions:
- What do you want?
- What’s important now?
- How will you turn insight into consistent, effective action?
Step 1 — The Complimentary Discovery Phase
Before starting the programme, we complete a structured three-session Discovery Phase. This helps you gain clarity, explore your direction and determine whether now is the right time to begin Practitioner training.
You can read about the complete Discovery process.
The three Discovery sessions focus on:
- Vision and Direction – Clarifying what you want and why
- Leadership and Stakeholder Insight – Seeing yourself from multiple perspectives
- Behavioural Intelligence and Focus – Understanding patterns, strengths and opportunities
Outcome:
You leave with clarity about your direction, your goals and whether NLP Practitioner training is the right next step.
Step 2 — Starting Your Practitioner Programme
If we agree to work together, we begin by defining:
- your core goals
- your success criteria
- the real-world situations you want to influence
- the habits and behaviours you wish to develop
This becomes the foundation for your personalised six-month plan.
Step 3 — Weekly 1:1 NLP Coaching Sessions
Structure of the weekly sessions
Each session lasts one hour and is focused entirely on your priorities. We explore new concepts, practise techniques and plan real-world applications for the coming week.
A “real-world first” approach
Instead of classroom exercises, you apply the approaches directly in your work and personal life. You then bring back your results, insights and challenges for review.
Additional sessions
You can also schedule additional sessions at no extra cost if you encounter urgent opportunities or challenges.
Step 4 — Application, Feedback and Behavioural Integration
This stage is where you gain the most value. You use the techniques in real situations and receive immediate feedback on what works and what could work even better.
We focus on:
- improving communication and influence
- strengthening leadership presence
- developing resilience and adaptability
- refining decision-making
- integrating AI-supported thinking where useful
Progress is measured through your results, not through theory.
Step 5 — Mid-Programme Review
Around halfway through the programme, we pause to review your progress and refine the focus for the second half.
We look at:
- what’s working well
- new challenges or opportunities
- adjustments to your goals or strategy
- the behaviours that are becoming consistent habits

Step 6 — Completion and Practitioner Certification
By the end of the programme, you will have demonstrated:
- consistent application of NLP principles
- clear behavioural progress
- the ability to use techniques effectively in real situations
- greater clarity, influence and capability
