Practically, this programme integrates advanced NLP mechanics with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coaching. Rather than relying on a loose collection of borrowed exercises, you build a repeatable, coherent coaching architecture from first principles.

At a deeper level, it moves coaching out of safe classroom roleplay with compliant peers and into open water. You conduct a full, live coaching engagement with real stakeholders amid organisational politics, resistance, and tangible performance outcomes—from initial contracting and feedforward to verified measurement of behavioural change.

Lasting coaching capability does not come from passive theory or scripted roleplay. It develops over time through live practice, structured supervision, and deliberate reflection. This programme follows a disciplined, six-month developmental pathway.

Who This Is For

This is a personal investment in capability, not a passive seminar. I work exclusively with clients who demonstrate five core traits: Ambition, Courage, Discipline, Humility, and Honesty.

Many are independent coaches launching or scaling a practice, or corporate leaders embedding coaching into their management style; however, the characteristics above determine their success.

Prerequisite: Certified NLP Master Practitioner (completed with Business NLP Ltd or another reputable school; we evaluate and align foundations during the discovery phase).

Format and Investment

  • Duration: Six months.
  • Cadence: One 60-minute 1:1 session per week, delivered live via secure video.
  • Total Investment: £2,400 (payable monthly at £400/month).
  • Flexibility: Cancel at any time with one month’s notice.
  • Support: If an urgent client challenge, high-stakes pitch, or commercial issue blows up between scheduled sessions, we can add additional working sessions at no extra charge. Real progress does not pause for a calendar slot.
  • Independent Certification: Certified via Business NLP Ltd based on demonstrated competence and measured coachee outcomes—never mere attendance.

Test the Working Relationship: Three Discovery Sessions

Deciding to work 1:1 with an executive coach or supervisor is a significant decision. Never commit based on marketing copy.

We evaluate mutual fit through a disciplined, no-obligation process:

  1. Initial 30-Minute Video Consultation: A direct conversation to review your background, target audience (internal leadership or independent practice), and whether this programme aligns with your goals.
  2. Three Full Working Sessions at No Charge: If we agree there is strong mutual fit, we complete three full 60-minute working sessions. We apply the methodology directly to your live coaching challenges or practice development. You test the value and experience the working dynamic first-hand.
  3. The Decision: Only after the third session do you decide whether to formally enrol in the six-month programme. If either of us feels it is not the right fit, we part ways with zero obligation.
