Influence, Clarity and Sustainable Results

Introduction
At the CEO and C-suite level, leadership challenges are rarely technical.
They are about judgment, influence, communication, and how decisions land in complex human systems.
This 1:1 leadership coaching is designed for senior executives who want to strengthen their leadership impact, navigate stakeholder complexity, and translate strategic intent into consistent execution and results.
My work is grounded in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coaching and NLP approaches applied pragmatically to the realities of senior leadership.
Stakeholder-Centred Leadership Coaching
I am one of a small number of coaches certified in NLP Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centred Coaching (MGSCC), and in addition, have 20 years of senior business experience.
This approach focuses on observable leadership behaviour, validated by the people who matter most to your success — board members, peers, direct reports, and key stakeholders.
Progress is measured not by insight alone, but by:
- Clear commitments to change
- Consistent follow-through
- Shifts in how your leadership is experienced over time
The process is disciplined, transparent, and focused on sustained improvement.
How the Coaching Works
All programmes begin with an initial session, followed by a complimentary three-session discovery phase for suitable prospects.
This allows us to:
- Explore fit and working style
- Clarify leadership challenges and priorities
- Define what meaningful progress looks like in your context
From there, we typically:
- Clarify strategic intent and leadership priorities
- Develop a rolling 30 / 60 / 90-day focus
- Identify key stakeholders whose input will shape the work
- Agree on a structured coaching programme aligned to real organisational demands
Stakeholder-Centred Coaching is then used to ensure that leadership behaviour, communication, and influence are aligned with those priorities — and that progress is visible, measurable, and sustained.
Coaching sessions focus on live situations: board interactions, executive dynamics, high-stakes decisions, and moments where leadership presence and clarity matter most.
What This Work Focuses On
Each engagement is tailored, though the work commonly includes:
- Leadership behaviour under pressure
- Communication and influence at the senior level
- Stakeholder alignment and trust
- Clarifying and articulating leadership vision
- Translating strategy into consistent leadership action
- Feedback, feedforward, and accountability
- Sustaining performance through reflection and learning
The aim is not to manage politics, but to reduce friction, build confidence, and enable progress.
What Makes This Different
At the senior level, competence and effort are assumed.
The real differentiator is how effectively a leader operates within complex human systems.
This work focuses less on advice and more on:
- How leadership behaviour is perceived
- How influence is built or lost
- How change is reinforced over time
There are no generic frameworks, scripts, or motivational techniques.
The emphasis is on thoughtful judgement, disciplined follow-through, and results that matter.
A Reality Check
This is not a programme of worksheets or quick fixes.
We work on real challenges, in real time, with real consequences. Progress comes from honest feedback, intellectual humility, and sustained attention — supported by a structured process that keeps focus on outcomes rather than theory.
